Delivery information
All orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours before your desired delivery date.
We offer delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 9 am to 6pm. Select your preferred delivery day at checkout, and your order will be scheduled for delivery on your chosen day, 48 hours from the time you placed your order.
Minimum order of £75.
Our delivery service covers most of Surrey and London and if we cover your area, delivery is free.
It’s the customers responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is home, our delivery personnel will attempt to hand the package to a neighbour or leave it in a safe place.
Graze & Gold is not liable for failed deliveries, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
