FAQs

Orders:

When should I place my order?

All orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours before your desired delivery date. Before ordering, please use our postcode checker to ensure that we deliver to your area.

Delivery:

What are your delivery days and times?

We offer delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 9 am to 6pm. Select your preferred delivery day at checkout, and your order will be scheduled for delivery on your chosen day, 48 hours from the time you placed your order.

What happens if Im not home to receive my delivery?

It's the customers responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is home, our delivery personnel will attempt to hand the package to a neighbor or leave it in a safe place. Graze & Gold is not liable for failed deliveries, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.

Allergens and Dietaries:

Can you accommodate specific dietary restrictions or allergens?

While we do our best to cater to specific dietaries and allergens for bespoke orders, please be aware of a high risk of cross-contamination due to our operation's nature. Feel free to contact us directly if you have concerns. Please note that we cannot guarantee our products to be completely free of the main allergens listed in our terms and conditions.

Returns and Cancellations:

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns as our products consist of fresh produce and are perishable in nature. In the event that an error was made on our part, a refund may be issued if the relevant proof is provided.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement. After this time frame, cancellations are not possible.

Food Handling:

How should I handle the food once it's delivered?

You can refrigerate them for up to 2 days from the time of receipt. According to UK Food Standards, food should be disposed of if left unrefrigerated for 4 hours or more. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to dispose of any food after this time. Graze & Gold will not be held responsible for any issues arising from improper food handling.
